Casey Cavaliere is an American Musician, Record Producer, Songwriter, and Artist Coach.
My creative work ethic has been sculpted by a career spanning over two decades with my band The Wonder Years, including multiple Billboard chart-topping releases, extensive global touring, and the mentorship of music industry heavyweights. I host a podcast called The Record Process, and I’m the founder of a free weekly email series called Teach A Band To Fish - aimed at empowering independent musicians with evergreen tools and strategies for growing their audience and career in a meaningful way.
My experience has galvanized my creative philosophy around trust, authenticity, experimentation, and self-discovery. My dedication to these ideals has cultivated insights that I draws upon at every stage of the creative process - helping you to discover and refine your artistic voice, and create future-proof strategies to help you grow and amplify your music career.

Making records as both an artist and a producer has helped me cultivate an empathetic ear for the tough decisions and open-ended ideas that follow every musician throughout their creative careers. I understands how profoundly personal and paramount the process of actualizing an idea can be for an artist. For this reason, my production philosophy is heavily centered around understanding the inspiration, the story, and the artistic vision at the heart of every song we create together. Whether working remotely with an artist, or side-by-side in the studio, the job is the same: Identify and refine the crucial elements that make your song noteworthy, and amplify them until it’s unforgettable. Your record is the sum total of countless questions, big and small. Questions answered not only by you, but by those you trust to answer on your behalf. Choose wisely.
ARTIST COACHING
Alongside my work crafting compelling songs, productions, and mixes, my path through the world of artist coaching is guided by care and kindness; it’s a style driven by honesty and an ear tuned to open-mindedness. No two artist's careers are the same, and I approach the uniqueness of each project with the desire to unlock new creative avenues and a greater appreciation for the bigger picture. I understands that the magic of creation is a visceral and transcendent phenomenon that isn’t perfect each time. Becoming a “complete artist” is a bold venture down the road toward artistic fulfillment, with frequent stops for open communication and a journey marked by realistic goals and intentional actions. By prioritizing accountability and chasing the compounding domino effects of small ideas, I jump in the passenger seat and navigate artists towards a future where the authenticity and delivery of your work is disruptive and long-lasting, so that it continues to inspire reactions long after the release date has come and gone.
